Disabled and need dentures

Toothless started this conversation

I am a 42 yr old diabetic who below the federal poverty line and need dentures. I have numerous medical problems due to my diabetes and there are no programs in  my state for dental care for adults. I would be very appreciative of any assistance in getting me some teeth. I would love to feel as if I could smile again without being embrassed.

I know exactly how you feel. I am a disabled 30 year old single mother of three children. I have medicaid and medicare, niether of which cover any form of dental for adults in the state of Texas where I live. All my teeth are so badly infected and cause me so much pain on a daily basis I not only have lost my confidense but my health has suffered greatly as well. I can not even pay my electric bill right now let alone even begin to pay for anty dental work and dont see any prospects of being able to do so anytime near or far. I would so greatly appriciate any advice as to what I could begin do about this.Or if by some miricle there is an angel of a dentist that would work with me on a payment plan which I have not been able to find at all, If there is anyone at all that colud help me in anyway at al I would be eternally greatful. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
